Individual Therapy
Offered Virtually in Florida & Colorado
Individual therapy is offered on a weekly or biweekly basis, depending on your needs, to clients physically located in Florida or Colorado.
Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes in length, although 90-minute sessions are available and may be beneficial, especially during targeted trauma processing.
Session Fees
Standard session (50-60 minutes) - $180
Extended session (90-minutes) - $270
Insurance
I am in-network with most commercial insurance plans in Florida & Colorado. If you elect to use your health insurance towards the cost of therapy, benefits and estimated copay will be verified prior to meeting.
The Process
Prior to beginning therapy, I offer a free phone consultation as an opportunity for us to discuss what you’re hoping to accomplish, ensure that we are an appropriate clinical fit, and answer any questions you have about the process. Most clients book their initial appointment at the end of the consultation call, however there is no obligation to do so. You are always welcome to take your time to consider the option that best fits your needs.

I'm in-network with most commercial insurance plans in Florida and Colorado, including Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Florida Blue, and more. Prior to our first session, we will have an opportunity to verify your insurance benefits according to your specific plan.

The first few sessions are about getting to know you. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, your history, and what you'd like to feel different. We'll also start getting curious about the patterns and parts that show up for you, at a pace that feels manageable.

It depends on what you're working on and what you want from therapy. Some people come for a focused stretch of a few months, and others stay longer to work through deeper patterns. We'll check in along the way about how things are going and what you need.

We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.Because I'm licensed in Florida and Colorado, you need to be physically located in one of those states at the time of each session. If you'll be traveling, let me know ahead of time and we'll plan around it together.

Flexible formats are available to provide support for you to do this work without committing to weekly sessions. Depending on what your goals are for therapy, the work you are hoping to do, and the level of support you are seeking, various time limited intensive formats are available.
