Individual Therapy
Offered Virtually in Florida & Colorado
Individual therapy is offered on a weekly or biweely basis, depending on your needs, to clients physically located in Florida or Colorado.
Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes in length, although 90-minute sessions are available and may be beneficial, especially during targeted trauma processing.
Session Fees
Standard session (50-60 minutes) - $175
Extended session (90-minutes) - $250
Insurance
I am in-network with most commercial insurance plans in Florida & Colorado. If you elect to use your health insurance towards the cost of therapy, benefits and estimated copay will be verified prior to meeting.
The Process
Prior to beginning therapy, I offer a free phone consultation as an opportunity for us to discuss what you’re hoping to accomplish, ensure that we are an appropriate clinical fit, and answer any questions you have about the process. Most clients book their initial appointment at the end of the consultation call, however there is no obligation to do so. You are always welcome to take your time to consider the option that best fits your needs.
